I've been recovering from an illness and Chantall's pilates has been key to getting stronger. As far as I've experienced with her instruction, she adheres to Joseph Pilates format and goes beyond it, combining her practices with other movement teachers. The result is a measured but challenging, body intelligent session. I have also been doing her online classes on Thursdays at 11:30, which are usually themed (eg. for the hips, or for shoulder injury, etc.). It has been a great option for my budget to mix it up, since the online classes are so affordable. She is one of the best movement teachers I've had the good fortune to work with.
