About the Course

This course is why I created Slo Core. If you haven't moved in a long time and don't even know where to start, are afraid to attend a group exercise class, this course is for you. If you're in pain, stiff, and discouraged wit your body. If the idea of getting down on the floor seems scary. This class will address all these concerns.

The first lessons will be done sitting on a chair, and you can repeat the class as many times as you need to, to get the progression you want and need.
